The 5S KAIZEN coaching offer, proposed by the Cameroon Small and Medium Enterprises Agency (APME), is aimed at entrepreneurs wishing to improve and increase the quality and productivity of their businesses through the implementation of Japanese "5S/KAIZEN" techniques, which are very effective for Cameroonian SMEs.  

The aim of the programme is to instil in Cameroonian business leaders reflexes or automatisms inspired by good business practices from Japan and some African countries: plan, implement, control and adjust.  In-depth diagnoses, targeted training and advice and expertise sessions are at the heart of this support system offered by APME Cameroon!

The programme covers all sectors. All businesses established in Cameroon are eligible.  

5000 Cameroonian SMEs have already been supported in the last 10 years.
