Incubateur Virtuel International sur l'Afrique
Marseille Innovation

Marseille Innovation is the most prominent operator for the creation of innovative and technological businesses in the Aix Marseille Provence Metropolis. It is part business centre, part incubator, part business incubator and part accelerator.
Marseille Innovation's success is based on an operational organisation that eliminates the main obstacles to the growth of innovative businesses in the metropolitan area.
To transform projects into start-ups and then scale-ups, some thirty specialists, mentors, experts and a team of 14 people provide daily support to young innovative businesses in the metropolitan area, either in the form of personalised meetings or during workshop and facilitation sessions.
Marseille Innovation also deploys a financial engineering programme to structure the seed and development of start-ups, and an open innovation programme to connect large corporations, ETIs and regional SMEs to these innovative start-ups. Over the past decade, a total of more than 500 young innovative businesses have been supported by Marseille Innovation. They have generated nearly €1 billion in sales and created an average of 300 new jobs each year. Since 2010, these start-ups have also raised a total of €33 million and generated some great success stories. Marseille Innovation's roster of honour includes many success stories, such as Provepharm, Enovacom, Traxens, Alertgasoil, iProtego, Seres Technologies, 3dRudder, Keeex, Avis Vérifiés, and Viaxoft...
Since 2011, Marseille Innovation has been running an international incubator on Africa to support innovative projects from the African diaspora in France via European programmes such as MEET Africa (I & II) and the PACEIM programme (Support programme for the creation of innovative businesses in the Mediterranean - 2011-2016).
Marseille Innovation has also set up a Soft-Landing programme for foreign start-ups and scale-ups seeking to develop their activities in France and Europe from Marseille.
Currently, partnerships have been established with three start-up incubation and acceleration structures: La Piscine in Canada, Technopark in Morocco and Berytech in Lebanon.
