Characteristics

The #UptunisiabyFipa programme was launched in March 2021 and is part of the project "Developing employment and investment opportunities through diaspora mobilisation /ProGreS Migration".

It is co-financed by the EU and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and implemented by GIZ.

The objective of "FIPA-Tunisia" is clear: beyond the affect and the transfer of funds etc., to raise the awareness of CTEs that investment in Tunisia brings competitive advantages on the one hand and to boost foreign investment by relying on the Tunisian Diaspora on the other.

UpTunisiabyFipa, being first and foremost a pact of trust with CTEs, the proposed offer allows for the setting up of:

  • a support unit at FIPA in Tunis to ensure personalised treatment and offer customised services;
  • a dedicated website http://www.uptunisiabyfipa.com;
  • a participatory blog with business ideas and success stories;
  • a regular newsletter on sectoral opportunities;
  • targeted open data engagement campaigns (appointments, interviews with business experts, programmes via LinkedIn);
  • a special UpTunisiabyFipa virtual roadshow entirely dedicated to Tunisian skills abroad in partnership with Tunisian. embassies.
