With this offer, the agency materialises the exhaustive quantitative inventory of the external environments of SMEs.

It thus contributes to the efficiency of the management structures of SME support programmes; to the transparency of the selection and allocation of support to SMEs and to the assessment and monitoring of SME capacity building mechanisms in Cameroon.

The SME rating support system consists of six important steps:

• SMEs have a simple and direct self-assessment tool, serving as an element of objectification of the risk of these SMEs vis-à-vis investors through a solid and independent rating that improves their access to financing;
• The ranking of the SME in its ecosystem by adopting an avant-garde approach for a new understanding of the reality (sweet spot) of SMEs;
• The control of systemic risks at the heart of umbrella organisations or the SME ecosystem through a paradigm shift from the current top-down approach to a more efficient bottom-up approach;
• The improvement of the SME's potential on its market, through an adapted strategic segmentation;
• The facilitation of dialogue between SMEs and stakeholders of their ecosystem;
• The monitoring of financial, human and infrastructural means essential to SMEs for the success of state support.

The mechanism is only accessible to Cameroonians in Cameroon and the diaspora.
