The objective of La Piscine is to take you from the idea to the first clients in one month.  15 hours of video content 6 methodological supports (canva) 1 individual follow-up Participants take an average of 1.5 to 2 months to complete this programme.  The programme has 4 main themes for more than 44 training modules:  

  • ACQUIRING THE BASICS OF OBSERVATION;
  • UNDERSTANDING YOUR TARGET AND YOUR MARKET;
  • DEFINING YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION;
  • TESTING AND VALIDATING YOUR CONCEPT.  

At the end of La Piscine, each participant will have:

  • validated their idea and defined a clear value proposition;
  • created their prototype or MVP (Minimum Viable Product);
  • tested their idea with their market; found their first customers.  

The programme is accessible to any type of entrepreneur who wants to launch a project and test the viability of an idea in the market. The programme is available in both French and English.  

The offer concerns all business sectors. The objective is to assist entrepreneurs in their first steps, according to the design thinking and lean start-up methodologies, applicable to all fields of activity. For more information, see the programme content.

You will not be alone! The programme will also give you access to the Schoolab community, which currently has over 1700 members. The "slack" discussion tool will allow you to exchange with them and benefit from individual and personalised support.
