Characteristics

The Cameroon Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (APME) offers a diagnosis and restructuring programme for manufacturing SMEs based in Cameroon.

The service offer is implemented in partnership with the University of Quebec at Trois Rivières (Canada) and aims to support manufacturing SMEs in Cameroon through  A health diagnosis of the enterprise through a questionnaire that examines aspects related to the environment and management of the structure: product, market, financial management, decision-making methods, etc. An in-depth report highlighting the firm's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats.  

The diagnosis and restructuring programme for Cameroonian manufacturing SMEs has supported 500 projects in 4 years. Only SMEs established in Cameroon are eligible for this support offer. Project leaders must also be of Cameroonian origin.

Cameroonians in the diaspora can benefit from this offer.
